If you spend most of your day working at a PC, book yourself a real treat – an Indian Head Massage to ease your stiff neck and shoulders and combat eyestrain and headaches. Indian Head Massage releases tension and promotes relaxation. It’s also great for increasing your energy levels, promoting deeper sleep and improving your concentration. The treatment takes place with you sitting in a chair, fully clothed – and no oils are used – so it’s easy to fit a session into your day, whether you’re working or visiting in the West End.
De-stress, energise and relax at a Breath-Works yoga session in our cosy, calm studio. Yoga is great for improving your strength and flexibility, creating core stability, building a heightened feeling of positivity, and deeply relaxing and rejuvenating your whole being. You can book a block of classes if you’re regularly in the West End or join one of our classes on a drop-in basis.
Reiki works with the body’s energy and can help balance the mind, body and the spirit. It’s great for relieving stress and tension, and also boosts the auto-immune system, stimulating the body’s natural healing process. Receiving Reiki is a very relaxing and calming experience.
During a treatment, you relax, fully clothed – on a couch or seated – while the healer holds his or her hands on or above your body. The energy flows through the healer to wherever it’s needed and can normally be felt as a warm sensation or tingling in the body. As there’s no pressure on the body, it’s an ideal treatment for all ages and conditions.
