Step inside and be transported to the early 1900’s and home of philanthropist, polo player and world traveller William “Buck” Clarence. Buck’s travels to Paris, Taipei, Cairo and Havana have inspired both the cocktail and food menu, resulting in a unique and exciting offering. The extensive cocktail menu hosts a collection of drinks that pay homage to each city that Buck travelled to, such as the Parisian inspired ‘C’est Beau La Vie’.
When visiting, we recommend sampling the award winning ‘The Bell of Jalisco’ – a combination of Patrón Reposado tequila, chamomile infused dry vermouth, grapefruit IPA, lemon juice and yellow bell pepper shrub – created by manager Mike McGinty, who was crowned world champion at the Patrón Perfectionists Cocktail Competition in Mexico.
With a monthly changing menu, The Voyage of Buck is open from 10am, serving breakfast, lunch, small plates and dinner.
